Breathing coaches

All our breathing coaches have gone through extensive training in Anette’s breathing techniques, and in how they can best teach others to use them.

Everyone on the list is regularly in touch with Anette, so they are always kept up-to-date on any new research that may affect the techniques. You can therefore feel 100% confident when you book a consultation from one of the breathing coaches on the list.

The breathing coaches will help you with techniques to:

• lower unease and inner turmoil
• soothe pain
• improve your performance in sports or speaking
• improve your memory and concentration
• improve your sleep quality.
