Terms and conditions for our 5-module online course
TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing the 5-module online course from Pusteteknikk AS by Anette Aarsland, you accept the following legal terms without amendments, and you acknowledge having read them.
COURSE ACCESS
Purchase of the course includes the following: access to course content, monthly meetings on Zoom, and access to the associated closed Facebook group for 12 months.
The course and course material can only be opened by you, a documented customer at Pusteteknikk AS. You agree that the course and course material, including any usernames or passwords, may only be used by you and not sold or distributed without Anette Aarsland’s express written consent.
Your access to the course may be revoked based on non-compliance with these terms, or if timely and full payment to Pusteteknikk AS is not made for purchase of the course.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To access the course, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that the information you provide will always be accurate, correct and up to date. This information will be securely stored and not used for any purpose other than to give you access to courses.
COURSE START DATE
The start date of the course is the date we receive your payment (regardless of whether you have purchased the course by paying the entire course amount at once or you have chosen a split payment option). The end date of the course is 12 months after this date.
After the end date of the course, you no longer have access to the course material, Zoom meetings or the Facebook group belonging to the course.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You accept that the course and course material contains information that is owned by Pusteteknikk AS and protected by copyright. You agree not to use the course or course material in any manner that constitutes a violation of Pusteteknikk AS’s rights or any manner that is not explicitly authorised by Anette Aarsland. The use and sharing of Anette Aarsland’s courses and course material in an unauthorised manner is strictly prohibited and violates Pusteteknikk AS’s rights. Doing so may subject you to legal action for violation of Pusteteknikk AS’s intellectual property rights.
The company grants you personal access to the course and the course material, strictly for your own personal and non-commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, you confirm and accept that you do not have the right to modify, edit, copy, sell, distribute, duplicate, lease, reproduce, modify, improve or in any way utilise any of the course or course material in any way or form (including by email or other electronic means). You must not remove any author attribution from any part of the course or course material.
PAYING FOR THE COURSE
You agree to make timely and full payment to Pusteteknikk AS for the course (regardless of whether you have chosen to pay for the course in full or with a payment plan).
You authorise Anette Aarsland and Pusteteknikk AS to automatically charge the payment card on file for all outstanding course fees that you owe, and you agree to keep this information up to date. If any payment is insufficient or rejected for any reason, Pusteteknikk AS may revoke your access to the course.
MISSING PAYMENTS
If one of the payments in your payment plan is not paid when it is due, all remaining payments will automatically be due for immediate payment.
We may then revoke your access to the course. The fact that we revoke your access to the course does not exempt you from payment.
THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You understand that there is no right of withdrawal on this course.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Email support for the course will be available at aaa@pusteteknikk.no and questions will be answered at the monthly Zoom meeting, on the first Monday of each month at 09.00 – 10.00 Norwegian time.
A recording of the Zoom meeting will be available to you if you do not have the opportunity to be present for the live broadcast.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
With your permission, you agree that Pusteteknikk AS by Anette Aarsland has the right to use your feedback, whether provided in the form of emails, surveys, comments, discussions in course-related forums, conversations, video conversations or other forms, for the purposes of marketing or promoting the course.
LEGISLATIVE CONDITIONS
To access or use the course, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the necessary power and authority to enter into these terms of use. You can only use the course for legal and legitimate purposes. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you. You shall not post or transmit any material that violates the rights of others, or that is threatening, insulting, defamatory, degrading, obscene or otherwise offensive or unlawful in accordance with Norwegian law.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to deny access to the course and course material to any person, without obligation to provide our reason for doing so. We may change or cancel any aspect or feature of the course at any time, provided we fulfil our prior responsibility to you from the time of approval of payment.
We reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to the course, without a refund, if you violate these terms.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND DEFECTS
Information given about or in the course or course material can be changed. Pusteteknikk AS does not guarantee that the information, regardless of the source, is accurate, complete, reliable, valid or free of errors. Pusteteknikk AS claims no responsibility for inaccuracies, errors or incompleteness in the course or course material.
RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARTIES
You agree that Pusteteknikk AS acts as an independent contractor, and that no partnership or joint venture is established between us.
DISCLAIMER
By purchasing the course, you accept that you are fully responsible for your own progress and results, and that we do not offer any guarantees regarding future results. Pusteteknikk AS does not guarantee that you will achieve any results with the help of any of our exercises, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing in our course is a promise or guarantee of such results.
THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES
The course or course material may contain links to third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content or policies of any third-party sites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any affiliation with Pusteteknikk AS. You acknowledge responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of such sites or resources.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that Pusteteknikk AS is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any indirect damages that may occur. Pusteteknikk AS’s liability will under no circumstances exceed the price the customer paid for the course.
CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update the terms of use at any time. Such changes are effective immediately when we upload the new terms on the website www.pusteteknikk.no
Any use of the course by you after a change has been made means that you accept the changes.
THE EFFECTS OF HEADINGS
The headings of the sections of these terms and conditions are included for simplicity only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the provisions.
